The Reality Framework can be installed in one of three ways. A farm solution WSP, a solution gallery (sandbox) WSP, or a SharePoint Add-in. The farm scoped WSP provides the capability for a broad implementation throughout all web apps in an onPrem farm. Both the Add-In and the solution gallery WSP are site collection scoped need to be installed to each site collection in your ecosystem, respectively.  
Once you have completed the installation and activated the features on your site collection(s) you can also enable Google Analytics and Tag Manager on your platform for free.  Or explore out subcription based Reality Tools.
